The Directorate of Research and Extension (DOREX) of Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Rampur, Chitwan is going to organise the First National Graduate Conference 2023 with the aim of agricultural transformation for sustainable development through utilizing innovative research ideas and findings of graduate research students of AFU. AFU has produced several research findings each year, these findings need to be explored, scaled- up and rolled out by organizing a conference at a national and international levels. At this conference, graduate research ideas and findings from various agriculture, livestock, veterinary, fisheries, and forestry will bring together, discuss, synthesize, and conclude. Parallely, panel discussion will be conducted on the theme of "Agricultural transformation through Education and Research" with faculties, policy makers, and concerned stakeholders. Hence, novel research ideas will be explored, documented, and disseminated. The suggestions from the panel experts and researchers will be internalized and utilized to make a future road map of university teaching, research, and extension activities.
